The service

Fettle is a free UK calorie and macro tracker. We provide the service free of charge and "as is". We try to make sure everything runs perfectly, but we cannot promise the site will always be available or free from errors.

The nutritional figures and goals in Fettle are good working estimates. They are not medical or clinical advice. Fettle is not a substitute for professional or medical advice. Always talk to a doctor or a qualified healthcare professional before you start a new diet or fitness routine.

Acceptable use

Please use Fettle fairly. Do not try to hack the site, scrape our data, or use the platform to harass anyone. If you misuse the app, we reserve the right to block your access.

The coached tier

We provide a tool for personal trainers and their clients to connect. If you use the optional coached tier, the relationship is entirely between you and your coach. Fettle is just the software that makes it happen. Any coaching agreement, payment, or physical training plan is a separate agreement between you and your coach. We are not responsible for the advice your coach gives you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fettle and Verity AI Ltd will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, or losses that result from using our app or following the estimates it provides. You use the service entirely at your own risk.

We might update these terms in the future. Check back here to see the latest version. Your continued use of Fettle means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
